SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
We guarantee your complete satisfaction with any product purchased from us. Should any product purchased prove otherwise, simply return it to us within 30 days and we shall replace it or refund you.
Because we have no control over the installation and use of electronic equipment, refunds and replacements will only apply when thise goods are in new condition, have not been installed and have not been tampered with in anyway. Athough we regret that we cannot refund or exchange all electronic items once they have been installed, we will be more than happy to assist you with warranty and non-warranty repair claims.
FREIGHT and INSURANCE
All Online orders are processed by our Online sales team. StarTrack Express is our preferred freight carrier, picking up at 2.00PM daily from our Sydney warehouse. Orders normally dispatch same day if received before 1.30PM of that day, delivered to you within 5 working days. (WA and NT can take longer)
Please note: StarTrack Express cannot deliver to PO boxes, and require a signature at point of delivery. If your nominated delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox to allow you to arrange for re-delivery. Our couriers will not leave goods unattended at the doorstep. We reserve the right to recover any redelivery fee.
Freight rates are automatically calculated based on product dimensions and weight. As you check out of the online store the freight component of your order will appear. This charge represents shipping and handling and insurance.
Insurance:
All shipments are fully insured. In the event of breakage or loss, please advise us immediately.
WARRANTY
All Jensen and Boss stereos and speakers are covered by a 12 month International Warranty. Accessories (cables, connectors, knobs, brackets, housings etc) are not covered by warranty.
BIGFISH Marine warrants that if any defect in any product becomes apparent and is reported to BIGFISH Marine within twelve (12) months of the date of delivery (time being of the essence) then the BIGFISH Marine will either (at BIGFISH Marine's sole discretion) replace or remedy the workmanship.
The conditions applicable to the warranty are:
(a) the warranty shall not cover any defect or damage which may be caused or partly caused by or arise through:
(i) failure on the part of the customer to properly take care of the product; or
(ii) failure on the part of the cusomer to follow any instructions or guidelines provided by BIGFISH Marine or the instuction manual; or
(iii) any use of any product or accessory otherwise than for any application other than what the product is designed for; or
(iv) the continued use of any product after any defect becomes apparent or would have become apparent to a reasonably prudent operator or user; or
(v) fair wear and tear, any accident or act of God.
(b) the warranty shall cease and BIGFISH Marine shall thereafter in no circumstances be liable under the terms of the warranty if the workmanship is repaired, altered or overhauled without the BIGFISH Marine's consent.
(c) in respect of all claims BIGFISH Marine shall not be liable to compensate the customer for any delay in either replacing or remedying the workmanship or in properly assessing the customers claim.
(d) BIGFISH Marine shall not be bound by nor be responsible for any term, condition, representation or warranty other than that which is given by the manufacturer of the Works.
RETURNS
Should you wish to return your purchase for exchange, refund or repair please do this:
Contact us for a Return Authorisation number.
Wrap return securely in a good box using strong tape.
Include inside the package a copy of the invoice we sent with your purchase and tell us why you are returning your purchase and what action you wish us to take.
When returning for exchange or refund be sure your package is freight prepaid and insured. Returns arriving at our premises without a Return Authority number will be returned.
AVAILABILITY
BIGFISH Marine and Outdoor will at all times attempt to keep as many lines in stock at any one time. There may be occasions when inventory runs out, but still remains as a listed item for sale online. We encourage you to contact us via email before purchasing to check availability.
